What to know about our external belts

How Tight:

It's important that you wrap your muscles not too tight and not too loose. On a scale of 1 to 10, the ideal tightness is 7. When you feel some numbness because of the wraps, you wrapped them too tight.

The most common reported side effects from user of BFR are typically delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), numbness, dizziness, and bruising. Yet, these responses do not typically last long and can be minimized with proper adjustments.

There are some general signs and symptoms that typically occur with too high of pressure.

If any of the following occurs, discontinue BFR and check location and pressure of the band before continuing use:

  • Sensation of numbness

  • Pins and needles

  • Uncomfortable tingling

  • Severe discomfort

  • Lightheadness or dizziness

QUICKER LEAN MUSCLES AND SUPERB TONE WITHOUT LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS:

  • The Occlusion Training Bands induce hypertrophy at very low loads (usually 10-30% of a MAX REP).

  • When applied to working limbs and paired with loads of 10-30% of a 1MR (lots of reps and very low rest until fatigue sets in), the results achieved are typically similar to those achieved with 80% 1MR.

  • This external pressure gives you those lean muscles and amazing body tone quickly without heavy weight lifting.

HOW DOES IT FEEL?

Exceptionally comfortable on the working limb.

  • They are applied as an occlusion agent to working limbs

  • Hypoallergenic fabric comfortable on all skin types
